Job Title: Storekeeper Location: Basra- SAMAbout the Job: The Storekeeper receives spare parts and check the quantity and the safety of the supplied materials. Ensures allocated the spare parts in the right place in addition to carrying out all handling operations. Carrying out periodic and continuous inventory for all warehouse assets and ensures it's compatibility with the system content as well as to ensure all input & exchange activities are made in accordance with the policies and procedures. Main duties & responsibilities: Control the spare parts inventory in the warehouse and ensure the adequacy of inventory upon request.
Receives the spare parts orders and ensures it's safety & compliance the bills of exchange in accordance with the approved procedures. ensure compliance with safety & security requirements & protect the stock from damage. Develops a plan to arrange the inventory in the warehouse and organize the requirements of keeping certain types of stock. check the stock amount in the warehouse & prepare a list of required spare parts & materials. Store the spare parts and materials according to the storage systemsMaintain the cleanliness of the Warehouse & notes the safety basic requirements & maintain all the materials in the store.
prepare spare parts to customers, branches and maintenance according to the list (Picking list). Inform the sales employee (the counter salesman and maintenance) that the spare parts ready to delivery, or inform them of any existing shortage in the amount in coordination with logistical supervisor. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Business Administration or Auto Engineering or a related major. Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administrative positions. Skills & Knowledge: English language skills are a required.
