Job Title: DMS SpecialistOverall Objective of the JobThe DMS Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation, management, and optimization of the Autoline Dealer Management System (DMS) within the organization. Acting as a key link between the IT department, dealership operations, and management, this role ensures smooth workflows, maximized system efficiency, and effective utilization of the DMS to support business objectives. Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Management & SupportManage and maintain the Autoline DMS, ensuring optimal performance to support business operations. Monitor system functionality, diagnose issues, and resolve technical or operational problems. Provide end-user support to dealership staff regarding system functionality.
Train new employees on Autoline features, processes, and best practices. Support the integration of new modules, upgrades, and system enhancements. Assist with DMS-related projects, including new installations, migrations, or customizations. Track project timelines and ensure deliverables are achieved. Report regularly to the DMS Manager on activities, challenges, and progress. Collaborate with IT, administrative teams, and other departments to ensure effective data management. Organize and facilitate internal training sessions on DMS usage and updates. Liaise with external vendors and service providers for DMS-related services and solutions. Handle external inquiries and manage documentation or data requests.
Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a relevant field. At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Autoline DMS. Previous experience in an automotive company or dealership environment. Strong data management expertise. High attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
