Overall Objective of the Job: The HRMS Support role is responsible for providing advanced technical and functional assistance for the Human Resources Management System (HRMS), particularly SAP SuccessFactors. The position ensures data accuracy, system efficiency, and user support, while also coordinating updates, integrations, and enhancements. A strong grasp of system configuration, data integrity, workflow automation, and HR operational processes is essential to ensure smooth HR operations across the organization. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules. Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for end-users on HRMS (SAP SuccessFactors).
Create and deliver training materials; conduct training sessions for HRMS users. Develop and maintain data integrations between SuccessFactors and other HR-related systems. Assist in system testing, data migration, and go-live phases during SAP implementations. Monitor HRMS performance and ensure compliance with data security and organizational standards. Design and generate custom reports to meet business needs and decision-making requirements. Conduct research and provide system-based analysis to support HR business decisions. Ensure the SAP system configuration meets evolving business requirements. Coordinate with IT and HR departments to ensure proper implementation of updates, workflows, and automation tools.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional departments to support system-related needs, track issues, and implement improvements. Liaise with SAP providers and external vendors to ensure timely system upgrades, issue resolution, and optimization support. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a SAP System Administrator or in a similar HRMS support role. Solid experience in SAP module configuration, user access management, and system upgrades. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SAP reporting tools. Experience with workflow customization, system integration, and SAP project lifecycle.
