Job Title: Network Development Specialist - JLR ErbilOverall Job PurposeThe Network Development Specialist is responsible for supporting the review, preparation, and verification of standard documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established guidelines. The role involves assisting the Sales and Service teams in achieving their objectives by prioritizing tasks, maintaining quality, and meeting monthly and quarterly targets. This includes verifying that dealership operations meet required standards, liaising with suppliers, and following up to ensure quality deliverables and timely completion. Key Responsibilities: Dealer Standard AssessmentAssist in scheduling and coordinating dealer assessments. Prepare required documentation for self-assessments.
Record findings and follow up for corrective evidence. Review completed assessments, identify issues, and support remediation plans. Ensure Sales, Service, and Parts teams have updated standard documentation. Promote adherence to dealership standards in daily operations. Complete JLR requirement evidence submissions within deadlines. Stay up to date with new and revised standards. Visit branches to assist in conducting self-assessments as needed. IBB (Incentive-Based Bonus)Support in achieving quarterly IBB targets before deadlines. Prepare requirements locally where possible; coordinate with suppliers and negotiate prices. Ensure evidence meets 100% of IBB compliance standards. Follow up daily with relevant departments to complete targets.
Visit branches to complete IBB-related actions when remote completion is not feasible. Corporate Identity (CI)Understand and apply the ARCH concept and Modern Luxury guidelines. Maintain professional conduct and presentation at all times. Comply with legal, environmental, health, and safety requirements. Ensure reception and showroom areas meet JLR and dealership standards (cleanliness, lighting, customer facilities, etc. ). ProcurementAssist in purchasing uniforms and other required items for staff. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards. Distribute uniforms to employees, maintaining signed records. Maintain positive supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
Sales & AFS Team SupportConduct monthly checks of sales files for completeness. Identify and correct errors in documentation. STA Project SupportAssist in project communication with SG Engineering. Maintain daily project progress updates. Upload payment documentation and maintain organized project logbooks. Create weekly project reports with professional images and progress updates. Follow up with engineering and legal teams for signed contracts. RequirementsEngineering background preferred (Architecture or Civil Engineering). Minimum of 2 years in a related position. Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English. Result Orientation, Documentation Accuracy, Effective Communication, Auditing Skills
