Job Description

Job Title: Sales and Aftersales Fleet Consultant (Automotive)Location: Basra, Iraq. Company: Toyota SAS / Sardar Group Overall Objective of the Job: The Sales and After Sales Fleet Consultant is responsible for supporting and expanding fleet sales accounts while ensuring premium after-sales service for corporate, government, and large-scale clients. This role ensures Toyota’s fleet customers receive tailored mobility solutions, superior service experiences, and long-term partnerships aligned with the company’s brand promise of quality, durability, and reliability. Key Responsibilities •Develop and implement strategies to drive fleet sales, including identifying potential corporate clients, prospecting, and generating leads.

•Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, understanding their fleet requirements and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. •Conduct presentations and demonstrations to corporate clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our fleet vehicles and aftersales services. •Negotiate pricing and terms of fleet contracts, ensuring profitability while meeting the needs of corporate clients. •Coordinate with internal departments, including sales, finance, and service, to ensure seamless delivery and aftersales support for fleet vehicles. •Provide exceptional aftersales support to corporate clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

•Conduct regular follow-ups with corporate clients to maintain relationships, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. •Prepare reports and presentations on fleet sales performance, including sales targets, pipeline management, and customer satisfaction metrics. •Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities related to fleet sales and aftersales services. •Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements governing fleet sales and after-sales operations. General Responsibilities: • Stay informed about Toyota's product line, fleet programs, industry trends, and competitor activities. • Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and skills.

• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, as well as relevant Iraqi labor laws and business regulations. Qualifications •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in automotive sales and/or aftersales, with a strong focus on fleet or commercial clients. • In-depth knowledge of Toyota vehicles, fleet programs, and automotive service operations is highly desirable. • Strong understanding of the automotive industry, fleet management principles, and vehicle diagnostics. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Valid Iraqi driving license. • Fluency in Arabic and English is required; Kurdish is a plus. Requirements • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships. • High level of integrity and professionalism. • Willingness to travel within Basra and other parts of Iraq as required. • Knowledge of local market conditions and business practices in Basra, Iraq. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
