Role OverviewWe are looking for a Sales Executive to lead and grow our snack business under Venus across multiple regions.Depending on experience and language skills, the selected candidate will be responsible for one or more of the following sales territories:Türkiye, West Europe, East & Central Europe, CIS, Africa, Americas, Middle East, APAC (Asia-Pacific)This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop regional markets, build strong distributor relationships, and represent our brands on a global stage.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Business DevelopmentDevelop and execute annual sales strategies and budgets for assigned regions.Identify and onboard new distributors and business partners.Analyze route-to-market structures, value chains, and category trends.Use SAP CRM (Sales Cloud) for opportunity tracking, forecasting, and reporting.Customer Relations & Field OperationsConduct regular customer and distributor visits to strengthen partnerships.Perform field and market visits to monitor product visibility and brand performance.Represent Venus at major international trade fairs (ISM, SIAL, Gulfood, etc.) and professional events.Lead negotiations on pricing, trade terms, and promotional activities.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with the marketing team to share field insights and support new product development.Collaborate with supply chain, finance, and production teams for order fulfillment.Prepare detailed sales reports, market analyses, and growth plans.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.Minimum 7 years of FMCG sales experience, ideally in biscuits, snacks, or confectionery.Excellent command of English (written and spoken).Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proven experience with international business travel and cultural adaptability.Strong understanding of route-to-market and value chain concepts.Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably SAP Sales Cloud).Analytical, field-oriented, and results-driven personality.Willingness to travel frequently for customer and market visits.What We OfferA key commercial role in a fast-growing global snack company.Opportunity to manage and grow sales in diverse international markets.Participation in major global exhibitions and strategic partnerships.A dynamic environment where entrepreneurship, creativity, and integrity meet.About VenusVenus is a new-generation snack company from Türkiye, creating high-quality, innovative products that bring joy to consumers worldwide.With a focus on creativity, craftsmanship, and sustainability, Venus redefines modern snacking through bold flavors, better ingredients, and authentic storytelling.About Bolaca GroupBolaca Group operates across agriculture, plant-based oils, proteins, and consumer foods.With international operations, Bolaca connects production, processing, and branded products through a shared commitment to sustainability, innovation, and responsible growth in the food industry.
