About the Role As an Associate Business Analyst, you will support transformation initiatives that deliver meaningful outcomes for our clients. Working under the guidance of senior team members, you will help clarify business problems, gather requirements, and contribute to the development of effective solutions. This role is ideal for individuals with 1–3 years of experience who are eager to grow their analytical and consulting skills in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders. Support data analysis activities to identify trends and inform decision-making. Help model current and future state processes using BPMN under supervision. Contribute to identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities. Support the development of requirements and assist in evaluating solution options. Participate in workshops and meetings to capture user needs and feedback. Maintain documentation using MS Office and Google Suite tools. Assist in preparing Management Information reports and dashboards. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by helping create test cases and track issues. Learn and apply delivery methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. Essential Skills and Experience 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Basic understanding of business analysis principles and project lifecycles. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder interaction. Familiarity with BA tools (e.g. Visio, Lucidchart, JIRA, Confluence) is a plus. Exposure to BA techniques (e.g. SWOT, user stories, MoSCoW) is desirable. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite tools. Behavioural Competencies Team collaboration and willingness to learn from others.
