We’re after an optimistic problem‑solver who loves solving problems and shipping value quickly.You’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary team to identify pain points across legal, contracting, and broader enterprise functions and develop AI‑driven agents, prototypes, and bespoke use cases that move key metrics.We value practical procurement/contracting experience and delivery over deep technical skills. If you’ve been a contract manager, procurement professional, procurement lawyer, or similar—and you’re passionate about innovation—this could be for you.Key responsibilitiesPartner with the Innovation Lab Leader on the roadmap, priorities, and client engagement.Map procurement/contracting workflows and surface high‑value automation/use‑case opportunities.Lead ideation, scoping, and prototyping of agents and contracting/procurement innovations.Collaborate with product and engineering on feasibility and scaling (integrations, data, policy).Oversee validation and testing with users; define acceptance criteria and success measures.Mentor team members in domain knowledge and delivery excellence.Track outcomes (cycle‑time, compliance, savings, adoption).Experience & Skills5–8 years in a contracting or procurement role.Experience leading innovation or transformation projects on procurement and contractingUnderstanding of CLM, AI/automation tools, and legal/procurement workflows.Ability to translate pain points into solution concepts and drive delivery.Comfortable working with technical stakeholders and iterative prototypes.AttributesEntrepreneurial, curious, and self‑starting.Creative and bold in exploring new problem spaces.Clear communicator with strong facilitation skills.Collaborative leader who empowers a diverse team.
