One of our clients is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to support our senior leadership team. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant will handle calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and confidential communications. You will act as a gatekeeper and liaison, ensuring timely follow-ups and seamless workflows. Ideal candidates are self-starters who anticipate needs and take initiative. Additionally, this role might involve planning events and helping with office management.
Proficiency with Google Workspace and a project management tool is highly desirable. The salary range for this role is $50,000-70,000.
