UnlockLand’s AI Operating System integrates geospatial data, financial modelling, and regulatory intelligence to deliver instant feasibility studies and predictive analytics — helping cities and investors build smarter, more sustainable communities.About the RoleThe Saudi Regional Development Director will lead UnlockLand’s strategic expansion and partnerships across Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region.This role combines public-sector collaboration, business development, and innovation leadership — ideal for an experienced real-estate professional with a deep understanding of local markets and digital transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead UnlockLand’s market expansion in Saudi Arabia — developing partnership pipelines with government bodies, REITs, and private developers.Drive adoption of UnlockLand’s AI feasibility and land-intelligence platform across municipalities and development authorities.Identify regional opportunities aligned with Vision 2030 — including smart-city infrastructure, housing, and commercial development initiatives.Collaborate cross-functionally with UnlockLand’s product, data, and AI teams to localize platform tools for Saudi regulations and zoning systems.Advise on investment partnerships, co-development programs, and policy engagement to foster PropTech innovation in the Kingdom.Report directly to the CEO and contribute to UnlockLand’s MENA expansion roadmap.QualificationsBachelor’s / Master’s in Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or Business Administration.8 + years’ experience in real-estate development, government partnerships, or PropTech / smart-city initiatives.Proven relationships with Saudi real-estate authorities, developers, or investment groups.Strong understanding of Vision 2030, REGA frameworks, and Saudi zoning/licensing processes.Strategic mindset with hands-on experience in project evaluation, feasibility analysis, and stakeholder negotiation.Fluency in English and Arabic is required.What We OfferCompetitive base salary + performance bonuses + equity options.Opportunity to shape the PropTech transformation of the Kingdom under Vision 2030.Access to global networks through NITDP, REGA, and Startup Wise Guys.Fully supported R&D and AI teams to back regional initiatives.Hybrid and flexible work arrangements within Saudi Arabia.
