Interior Architect

We are looking for an Interior Architect (F/H) available for an immediate start, specialising in professional real estate in Luxembourg to support the growth of the Design & Build department. You will join a dynamic and creative team and offer your clients functional, trendy, innovative and unique spaces. As the main point of contact, your interpersonal skills will help you maintain regular contact with suppliers and customers.

Your Responsibilities Will Be Structured Around The Following AreasMonitor an entire interior design project;Propose several concepts to clients until their approval;Establish plans (2D & 3D) and create unique concepts for each project;Make customer presentations;Request offers from suppliers;Accompany customers in their choices until the delivery of projects. In addition to your responsibilities, thanks to your curiosity, you keep yourself regularly informed of new design trends to help you come up with creative and innovative concepts. To support you in your success, you will benefit from training on our design tools and 3D visualisations.

Justify training in Interior Design/Architecture or similar;Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position;Speak English and French;Master Pcon planner and Sketchup. Any other program is also appreciated. Have a lot of creativity and a strong interest in decorating professional spaces. Have excellent interpersonal skills, be rigorous in your work and have a strong sense of responsibility;Be autonomous;Be focussed on customer satisfaction;Enjoy teamwork.
