Job Description
Job DescriptionMonitor Shopee retail and consignment business's inventory level and replenishment as needed to ensure product availability.Coordinate with suppliers to get the best deal of stock amount and pricePrepare Purchase Orders based on approved requisitions and selected suppliers.Review the quality of purchased and inbounded products and investigate the market price.To support the suppliers and Warehouse team on a day-to-day basis, including data analysis to achieve an inbound plan.Coordinate with suppliers and relevant internal teams to arrange the product's arrival, stocks and storage reservation as well as transactions and payment.Complete the supplier’s profile and product detail, e.g. UPC, and total shelf life, including a guide purchasing price database which is related to Warehouse management and accounts payable.Collaborate with other departments across the organization (e.g. Finance, Marketing Supply Chain, Business Development etc.) to deliver the company target.To be able to give recommendations and resolutions in terms of the overall procurement process and improvement.RequirementsMinimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or similar fields. (Fresh Graduate is welcome.)At least 0-2 years experience with e-commerce platforms and understanding of procurement system and supply chain planningOutstanding communication skills (Verbal, Written), Proficient in both English and ThaiMaintaining a positive, empathetic, willing to learn, able to negotiate and professional attitude toward customers at all times.Knowledge of management, problem-solving skills, ability to handle an unexpected situation including tactfulness and thoroughness.Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.Accurate and precise attention to detail.Proactive and ability to work under pressure.Good analysis in MS office.Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for business improvement.
