As National Business Manager, reporting to the NZ Country Manager, you will take full ownership of leading the design, execution and development of Woolworths NZ and Alternative Channel sales strategy, business planning and analysis. You will manage all levels of engagement with Woolworths and act as an ambassador for SC Johnson and our iconic brands. As a senior member of the team, you’ll thrive in a busy environment, sharing your previous retail sales management experience, working as a coach and mentor, always nurturing the SCJ values and family feel of the business. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Build & leverage exceptional customer relationships to enhance customer strategyLead, manage, & develop Senior Associate, Sales Account ManagementManage financial planning process for each categoryPartner SCJ and Customer category teams to develop insight lead category strategyActive contribution to NZ Corplan (annual budgeting)Develop and implement sales plans to deliver the achievement of account salesConduct monthly account reviews to capture highlights, gaps, risks and plans to deliver sales metricsImplementation and execution of SCJ pricing and promotional strategiesDelivery of all key executional objectives, including promotional compliance, over and above activations and layout implementationDelivery of KPI’s, including market share, category and sales performance measures, Advantage Group metrics and Customer Business Plan metricsWhat you’ll Bring:
