The Payroll Specialist must ensure compliance to local labor laws, financial integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data handling.Duties And ResponsibilitiesProcess monthly employee payroll using ScanHRMS payroll softwarePayroll paymentsEnsure employee records are up-to-date and accurate, including employee benefits, leaves, engagements, disengagementsMaintain payroll records and ensure all data is entered into the payroll system in a timely manner and accurate mannerEnsure local labor law and tax regulations complianceParticipate in ad hoc and special projects to improve payroll processesReconcile payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing relevant dataPrepare payroll reportsAssist with payroll auditsStay updated on changes in payroll regulations and best practicesJob Qualifications And RequirementsProven 3 years’ experience as a payroll specialistBSc in Economics, Business AdministrationProficient in using payroll software and toolsKnowledge of payroll ScanHRMS softwareProficiency in MS Office, mainly ExcelExcellent knowledge of ERGANI, EFKA, payroll legislation and tax regulationSolid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practicesExcellent attention to detail, organizational skills, confidential data handlingExperience in the Construction field will be considered an assetThe Company OffersA competitive compensation packagePrivate medical insuranceEngaging and challenging tasks within large-scale projectsOpportunities for continuous learning and professional growthA positive and collaborative working environmentCommitted to providing a healthy and safe workplace for all team membersWe are working together, committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment for all!Social Impact FootprintWe contribute to Greece's green transition!We support Greek suppliers!We achieve near-total recycling.
