We are looking for someone who is experienced but also willing to learn, is self-motivated, works in a clean and tidy manner and is able to help lead and develop our team. ResponsibilitiesNo two days at the hotels are the same and your responsibilities will vary daily, however as a Team Leader you will be responsible for:
The delivery of exceptional hospitalityThe delivery of product knowledge and standards training to Restaurant and Bar hostsContributing to the positive financial performance of Food and Beverage salesTraining, evaluation, and mentoring of your team to ensure high quality and consistent performanceMaintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety, cellarmanagement.

ÂŁ28,683 salary pay plus tipsContracted to 40 hours over 5 days - It will be unusual that you will work over 40 hours a week, if you do, you will get time off in lieu or overtime will be paid. You should work a mixture of mornings and evenings to see the sun rise and sun set in the business each week.
