Job Description

Job Summary: Develop, improve, and reduce costs related to the company’s waste management processes in alignment with environmental management systems. Study and develop waste materials to add value by converting them into products that can generate income (e. g. , ash, waste reject, ragger, and others). Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to quality management systems, environmental management systems, occupational health and safety management systems, and other company systems. Also supervise and guide team members to follow these procedures. Responsibilities:

Improve machinery and production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs related to waste management and concrete product manufacturing. Coordinate with government authorities to obtain required permits and liaise with relevant agencies regarding waste management and concrete products. Support the work of the Energy Waste Management and Upcycling Operation departments. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental engineering or a related engineering field Minimum GPA of 2. 70Good English communication skills (TOEIC score above 550). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Intermediate-level computer programming skills. Experience in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), Sustainability, or Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a plus.

Good communication and coordination skills with strong analytical thinking.
