This role involves creating and maintaining construction schedules, coordinating project documentation, and assisting in day-to-day project management tasks.Responsibilities:Develop, update, and track project schedules using software such as Primavera P6 or MS ProjectCoordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure schedule accuracyAssist with submittals, RFIs, change orders, and meeting minutesHelp manage budgets, timelines, and project documentationSupport project closeout and reportingQualifications:Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)2+ years of experience in construction scheduling or project coordinationStrong understanding of construction processes and sequencingProficient with scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar)Excellent communication and organization skillsWhy Work With Us:Competitive pay and benefitsOpportunities for growth and professional developmentSupportive team environment with a focus on collaboration and results
