The successful candidate will manage and monitor project schedules, ensuring that all scheduling goals are achieved throughout the lifecycle of large-scale Dart construction projects.DO YOU HAVE:A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or EngineeringAt least 5 years of experience in Project Cost Control and CPM SchedulingExpertise in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office applicationsProven ability to analyze critical paths and perform delay/recovery analysisExperience with resource loading and budget integration into CPM schedulesKnowledge of construction operations, contracts, and procurement processesExperience managing large international project schedules ($50M+)Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skillsA high level of professionalism and attention to detailWE WANT YOU TO:Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for multiple construction projectsPerform schedule impact and delay analyses to support project decision-makingMonitor contractor performance and assist in corrective action planningSupport management in coordinating and optimizing project workflowIncorporate scopes of work, budgets, and procurement data into project schedulesConduct regular audits of contractor schedules for accuracy and compliancePrepare and present schedule reports, forecasts, and progress updatesContribute to achieving cost and profit goals through effective planningMaintain accurate records, meeting minutes, and scheduling documentationRecommend strategies for resolving schedule impacts and improving efficiencyDEADLINE: Midnight, Friday 14 November 2025.
