About The RoleLocation: Remote - Michigan residentsAre you a strong communicator, comfortable over the phone and using email? Work Monday-Friday from the comfort of your home as a remote RVM Scheduler (standard shift: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern time).You'll use your customer care skills to handle inbound and outbound documentation and communications as part of our reacquired vehicle management (RVM) team.What You'll DoUnderstand project operations and workflow processes to effectively manage scheduling tasksHandle inbound and outbound communications via phone and email, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries on all cases needing to be scheduledEnsure accuracy and timeliness by communicating with relevant parties to complete scheduling tasks within specified timeframesCoordinate all aspects of scheduling between multiple parties, including dealerships, customers, attorneys and agentsDocument all interactions clearly within the RVM system to maintain accurate recordsEscalate cases requiring additional oversight or assistance to managementMaintain regular and dependable attendance to support team successOffer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitudeQuestions Before You Apply?
