Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?The Key Purpose of this role is to ensure optimum volume throughput and utilization of brewery resources and people, in order to support central planning in the supply of stock for grid requirements.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Complete Production Schedules on AS & PPMS taking into account production constraints whilst optimally utilizing production resources and manage changes as necessary. Daily adjustments to productions schedules based on actualsMonitor Stock On Hand for Returnable Containers and Raw Materials (At Brewery, In Grid, At Supplier) to ensure Production Schedules are attainable and achievedEngage with Container Ret-pack Team on CAPEX Injection Allocations and Report on actualization of injectionsMonitor full beer stock levels (DOC) and schedule production accordingly through interaction with IDP, Depots and Regional Demand AnalystReport and agree production volumes, reliability and efficiencies –daily, weekly and monthlyBlocked Stock Routines in line with Packaging Plans to avoid under or over productionCommunicate and network with key stakeholdersMonitor and schedule required maintenance in a cost-effective manner whilst delivering the required volume outputContinuous management of stock on hand vs Production schedule requirementsOOR and DIO KPI analysis and Reporting to improve Optimal Inventory Level holding and managementPPA KPI analysis and reporting to enable problem solvingBPA KPI analysis and reporting to enable problem solvingONTIME MRP KPI analysis and reporting to enable problem solvingStock ordering and working Hand in hand with Scheduling Clerk & Warehouse LeadsEnsure implementation and compliance of VPO Excellence ProgramsKPI Management through Effective Reporting and Problem Solving (E.g. 5 WHY, Abnormality Reports, SIC, OPLs, RACI's, OWD's, PDCA's)Key Attributes and Competencies:High energy levels with a bias for actionProactive, good self-starting ability –ability to work with little or no supervision and taking own initiativeGood problem-solving ability, attention to detail, logical and analyticalGood planning and communication skillsBusiness and financial acumen and strong project management and problem solvingCapabilityGood interpersonal skills and the ability to build internal relationshipsGood negotiation skillsCredibility with Brewery Line ManagementCandidate should be systematic and work accuratelyAbility to handle stressKnowledge in planning toolsWillingness to work outside of normal working hoursMinimum Requirements:A degree or equivalent tertiary qualification.
