The objective of the scheduler analyst is to identify, mitigate, and record actions as they relate to risks associated with on-time pickup and on-time delivery. Within the team, the analyst will perform a variety of roles including tasks like shipping facility tracking, provider tracking, in-transit tracking, load recovery initiation, unload resolution, determining reassignment versus rescheduling, and providing value-stream level visibility to load status, among other transportation cost-and-service-based optimization activities for Nestle.A day in the life of...Provide oversight to all physical movements within a transportation plan to ensure on-time delivery Execute real-time analysis and decision making given exceptional situations associated with movement issues Facilitate visibility to stakeholders external to transportation group on load status and resolution action plans Implement market-based service strategies with respect to customer segmentation into daily problem-solving schemas Participate and contribute to quality opportunities - Propose and deliver actions to solve the problems with market procurement, AP and compliance What Will Make You Successful Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Export Management or related areas At least 2 years experience in any customer service role; with experience in direct interaction with customers either thru calls or emails Good communication and interpersonal relationship. Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
