Maintains a master scheduleConfirms all employee assignmentsEnters patient frequency and duration data into the databaseCoordinates employee’s schedules to maintain proper productivityCoordinates caseloads with clinicians to determine which patients can be seen by nurses and physical therapistsSpeaks with patients regarding when employees are scheduled for visitsTracks all lab results and faxes information to clinicians as well as MD and infusion companiesContacts staff regarding new patients on their schedulesFaxes/emails all patient information to the clinicianConverts all admits/discharges. Provides support with other office duties as neededQualifications:High school graduate with a minimum of 1 year of scheduling experience. Healthcare experience strongly preferredProficient in MS Office SuiteProficient in Microsoft ExcelMinimum of 1 year Customer ServiceAbility to adapt and MultitaskExcellent communication and problem solvingSee what Mission has to offer!
