We are continuing the rapid expansion of our team and are seeking reliable, enthusiastic, outgoing personalities to become part of our Occu Services division in Sandyford, Dublin 18. Role Overview: Strong communication and people skills as our business is highly customer focused.An understanding and knowledge of property management financial software including JobLogic, Yardi, or Rent Café.You might have lots of experience in administration (in Ireland or abroad) and fancy making a change into this fast-growing sector. You must be highly organised but open to doing things differently, have a strong teamwork ethic, and a high energy outlook on life.Send us an email or apply here and tell us why you can make a difference to our team.The Employee’s key duties shall include (but not limited to):Working with Property Management, Leasing, Block Management, Resident Experience and suppliers to assist in scheduling maintenance contracts, turnover works, general maintenance repairs, machine/vehicle servicing. Review check-out inspection reports, make deposit recommendations to property management teams, ordering replacement furniture from suppliers. Interact with Property Managers and residents on key handovers and maintenance access. Operate and monitor the Occu Services inbound emails and respond in a timely fashion. Assign and schedule Service team members for division specific work orders/jobs. On-going accurate input of information into Occu Services system. Operate Property Management and Leasing systems (i.e. Yardi Voyager, CRM, Rent Café, Vendor Café, Maintenance IQ). Monitor supplier portals and forwarding invoices to our Finance team for payment. Producing monthly and quarterly reports (or as required) by senior management. Providing general support for the wider Services team as and when required. Promoting the brand and strong culture within the Occu Services business. To promote a healthy working relationship with all teams who will be requesting works from Occu Services. Providing exceptional service, communication and support for customers and residents. Creating and nurturing relationships with suppliers and contractors. Provide support with onboarding, address employee queries, and facilitate ongoing training. About us: Occu is Ireland's fastest growing PRS platform.
