For a €4 billion industrial multinational, with head office in Brussels, Schelstraete Delacourt is looking for an Integrated Business Planning Leader EMEA. The role will report directly to the VP Supply Chain Operations EMEA. EMEA has decided to run IBP as the key company process where in a monthly cadence the bottom-up plans of Demand, Supply and Product Portfolio are captured – gaps are identified to the business planning and gap closing alternatives are decided upon. The IBP Leader governs the overall IBP process and facilitates the IR (Integrated Reconciliation) and MBR (Management Business Review) on EMEA level.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop “Integrated Business Planning” Governance framework with strong rituals within Product Development & Innovation, Demand and Supply that will enable the business to manage delivery of operational performance against an SQDICP balanced scorecard Facilitate the IBP Executive Review on a monthly basis for EMEA Develop and manage the roadmap of IBP maturity with relevant owners in Product, Demand, Supply Drive RCCA and gap closing mindset in EMEA functions and Commercial RequirementsExperience in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) at EMEA level in an industrial multinational, with proven capability of bringing it to the next levelExperience in project & change management in an operations and/or supply chain environment Strong analytical skills, and the ability to integrate business processes Strong stakeholder management skillsCertification in IBP / APICS is a plus Fluent in English – any additional European language is a plus
