Join Schindler as an HR Business Partner, supporting around 190 employees across Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, and Bosnia-Herzegovina in the Schindler Adriatic region. In this critical role, you will shape and implement HR strategies that drive employee engagement, leadership development, and operational excellence. Your exciting new challenges include: Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with Schindler Group guidelines and local legislation, ensure standards for ethics, values and culture of companyManage and deliver on key HR processes:

recruitment end-to-end and onboarding, payroll, compensation & benefits, employment documentation, employee relations, learning & development, succession planning, performance management, SuccessFactors (SAP) data accuracy and HR reporting, HR auditsBuild relationships with vocational schools, universities, and job fair organizersCoach and support managers on leadership effectiveness and organizational developmentChampion employee engagement through listening strategies and action planningSupport and lead initiatives in inclusion, diversity, and organizational change. What you bringYou are a strong communicator skilled at building trust across all levels of the organization. With strategic and analytical thinking, you deliver data-driven HR solutions that support business goals.

Adaptable and culturally aware, you thrive in dynamic, multicultural environments, take initiative, and drive projects forward. Your hands-on approach and passion for growth prepare you for future senior HR leadership roles. University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or similar5–8 years of generalist HR experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role as HR Business Partner or HR Manager in a multinational business environment.

Strong HR generalist knowledge, ideally across multiple legal entities, experience with workforce planning, talent attraction, employee relations, performance management, and strategic HR initiativesProficient with MS Office 365 and SuccessFactors, Power BI is an advantageSlovenian native, proficient level of English, Croatian, Bosnian, Serbian is an advantageValid Driving licenseOpen for business travels, monthly in the first 3-6 months, then every 3 months and/or upon needs to East European offices or Headquarters in Switzerland.
