Key Account Manager (Metals & Mining, Utilities, Power & Grid)Key Responsibilities: Actively selling service products and solutions (service contracts, spare parts, equipment modernization, digital services, consulting, training etc.

);Generating demand for service products and solutions based on understanding of the specified industries, accounts, production dynamics, procurement strategy, etc. Building and sustaining relationships with key partners and clients, identifying and engaging new partners, and contribute to partners’ program development. Training and supporting partners, delivering presentations, and conducting technical seminars. Continuously enhancing technical and commercial skills to address client issues promptly. Analyzing and identifying new installed base, including competitors' installed base, to secure contracts. Advanced use level of CRM and rigorous attention to data qualityForecasting of orders intake on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis for assigned accounts, segments.

Strong cooperation attitude allowing for effective, transparent cross BU and cross-country collaboration. No tolerance of HSE risksStrong expertise in tender and contract preparation and follow up. 90-100 % coverage of assigned accounts and customers. 70% of time to be spent for accounts and sites visitsConstant cooperation with Marketing, Tendering and Execution teamsKey Requirements: Location: AlmatyUnderstanding the dynamics of MMM, Utilities and Power & Grid segment both business and operationsTraceable portfolio of projects won and\or projects with individual contribution (CAPEX\OPEX)Technical education: specialization in electrical engineering or automation is a plus.

Minimum 5 years of experience in selling complex equipment and\or solutions. Proven experience in conducting high-level negotiations (with C-Level and Executives);Existing accounts network incl. End Users, OEM, system integrator and panel builderProficiency in English;Readiness for business trips. High level of communication and presentation skillsCan do attitude and problem solverUnderstanding of compliance and export control risksAbility to work under matrix organization with multiple stakeholders representing different cultures, languages.
