You’ll assist academic and professional staff, students, and visitors, contributing to a welcoming, well-organised environment.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeResponding to general enquiries from staff, students, and visitorsProviding administrative support such as mail distribution, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and minute takingSupporting course and examination administration, including timetabling, assessment processing, and results entryAssisting with events, functions, and general office coordinationMaintaining accurate records, filing systems, and databasesCollaborating with colleagues to deliver efficient and high-quality administrative servicesThis is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.
