This vital role ensures our school operates smoothly, efficiently, and with warmth at its heart.What You’ll DoBe the professional and friendly face of our school - welcoming students, parents, visitors, and staff Answer and direct phone calls, manage queries, and maintain an organised reception area Provide daily administrative support to the school leaders including scheduling, data entry, and document preparation Coordinate staff cover and liaise with departments such as HR, Facilities, and Marketing to support day-to-day operations Support student needs such as lunch card administrationMaintain and update student records, timetables, and attendance data Assist with internal communications, room bookings, and event support Support student attendance tracking and follow-up, evacuation procedures, and general student wellbeing Provide cover for the School Matron during breaks – first aid training will be provided if needed What We’re Looking ForProven administrative experience, ideally in an educational setting Highly organised, accurate, and efficient with strong attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - calm, friendly, and professional Confident using digital systems, databases, and Microsoft Office tools A team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Committed to confidentiality, data protection, and safeguarding A fast learner, eager to contribute to a high-performing school environment Why Nord Anglia?EducationWhen you join Nord Anglia International School Dublin, you become part of a global team united by a passion for education.
