Our Tyabb farm is set on about 3 acres; we have sheep, chickens, alpacas, an aquaponics garden and a small vineyard. Additionally, equestrian experience would be considered highly advantageous in this position.Under the direction of the Head of Agriculture, this position is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day care and management of the College farm, livestock, and agricultural learning areas.The role ensures that animals, land, and facilities are maintained to high welfare, safety, and presentation standards and supports teachers in delivering a vibrant Prep-Year 12 Agriculture program. This includes assisting with classes, preparing and resetting learning spaces, administrative tasks, including maintaining records and safety documentation, and helping to organise co-curricular events such as sheep shows and sheep show camps.The position embodies stewardship, humility, and teamwork, serving as a capable, hands-on partner in caring for God’s creation and supporting meaningful, practical learning experiences for all students.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced or budding farmer alike to work with a collaborative and supportive team in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula.Flinders Christian Community College is a co-educational, non-denominational school with campuses located at Tyabb, Carrum Downs, and Mt.
