School Counsellor

Position: Kindergarten & Primary School CounsellorLocation: Bangkok (Campus 31)Starting Date: January 2026Anglo Singapore International School is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and experienced School Counsellor to join our vibrant and multicultural learning community. The successful candidate will provide social, emotional, and academic support to our Kindergarten and Primary students, helping them thrive in a nurturing and positive school environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide counselling support for students on social, emotional, and behavioural matters.Conduct individual and group sessions to promote students’ well-being and positive development.Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school leaders to identify and support students’ needs.Design and implement preventive and developmental guidance programmes.Support students in adjusting to school life and contribute to a positive school climate.Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional and ethical counselling standards at all times.Requirements:Native English speaker.Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Counselling, Psychology, Education, or a related field.Familiarity and experience working with early childhood and primary-aged students are essential.Prior experience in a school setting is highly preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
