Location: Qatar (school-based)Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit a School Finance Manager to join one of our leading international schools in Qatar.We are looking for someone to oversee the school’s finance function, ensuring robust financial management, compliance, and strategic alignment with Nord Anglia’s regional and group objectives. This role will work closely with the Principal, Senior Leadership Team (SLT), and Regional Finance teams to support operational efficiency and commercial success across the school.The RoleWe seek an individual to join as a School Finance Manager, where your focus will be: Managing the day-to-day financial operations of the school, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Leading month-end and statutory accounts processes while ensuring strong internal controls and compliance. Overseeing procurement, contracts, and supplier relationships to ensure best value and service quality. Supporting the Principal and SLT with timely financial insights to inform strategic decision-making. Coordinating with regional finance, operations, and group teams on audits, Capex, and performance reviews. Promoting continuous improvement, staff development, and financial discipline within the school team.The Successful Candidate Will Possess Minimum of 7 years’ experience in accounting or financial leadership, ideally within education or a service-based organisation. A recognised accountancy qualification (CIMA, CPA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent). Strong financial planning, reporting, and process improvement experience. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics, OneStream, or similar accounting systems.
