Job Description

At Schoox, our customers are the foundation of our success. We are looking for a results-driven Customer Success Specialist to join our international Customer Success team in Greece and act as a trusted advisor to a dedicated portfolio of our Small and Medium Business (SMB) customers. In this role, you will be instrumental in engaging, retaining, and enabling customers by blending direct partnership with strategic, one-to-some communication. While you will leverage scaled outreach like targeted email campaigns, your primary focus is on understanding customer outcomes and ensuring they derive maximum value from our platform.

A deep passion for technology and a desire to maintain strong Schoox product expertise are essential. You will also serve as the voice of the customer, working closely with internal teams to improve our products and processes. Ultimately, your goal is to increase customer adoption, leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy.

How You Will Impact SchooxBuild, maintain, and grow effective working relationships with key stakeholders within your assigned customer accounts, establishing yourself as a trusted advisorDevelop and execute clear Success Plans for customers, conduct formal business reviews, and consistently deliver and communicate ROI throughout their lifecycleBalance direct, high-touch engagement with effective one-to-some communication strategies. You will design and execute campaigns to share adoption trends, highlight new features, and gather sentiment across your portfolioGather, prioritize, and distill customer feedback and advocate for their needs internally with our Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to improve the customer experienceAnalyze customer metrics (e. g.

, product utilization, health scores, NPS surveys) to proactively identify and mitigate risks, while also uncovering opportunities for deeper engagement and expansionTake ownership of your portfolio's commercial health, managing contract renewals to successful completion and identifying expansion opportunities in partnership with the Sales teamBuild and maintain deep expertise in the Schoox product to provide best practices and strategic guidance to your customersWork closely with all departments within Schoox to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience, from resolving complaints to championing feature requestsRequirementsBring a minimum of 3 years of experience from a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role within a B2B software companyDemonstrate success in building strong customer relationships to mitigate churn, drive engagement, and secure renewalsPossess an empathetic, positive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers achieve their goalsUtilize both qualitative and quantitative reasoning to persuade key decision-makers and influence actionWield outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, essential for coordinating with international customersTranslate raw data into actionable insights for both customers and internal teamsApply an understanding of communication campaigns to effectively engage customers at scaleDemonstrate the ability to quickly master the Schoox product and related technologiesHold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or possess an equivalent strong professional backgroundOur CultureAt Schoox, our culture is rooted in the Greek philosophy of Philotimo.
