We’re looking for people eager to shape products, scale a company, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.About Strategy DepartmentThe airSlate Strategy department leads monetization and product-led growth strategies and analytics across airSlate's product suite. This includes owning the pricing strategy, the product-qualified leads upsell strategy, and key strategic monetization and go-to-market initiatives. The department also aims to provide product, marketing, and executive teams with useful insights, segmentation, user behavior, and North Star metrics to improve the performance and effectiveness of teams across the company.And now, we are looking for a Science Expert who is prepared to contribute to the next chapter of our company's growth.What you'll be working on: Take full ownership of end-to-end product analysis – from defining hypotheses and setting up metrics to delivering clear recommendations that shape product decisionsBuild analytical models and frameworks – apply statistical, machine learning, or AI methods to understand user behavior, forecast product outcomes, and identify growth opportunitiesTransform data into product and business impact – translate findings into actionable insights that guide roadmap priorities, feature adoption, and user experience improvementsSafeguard data quality and product metrics – ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of KPIs used in product dashboards, experiments, and reportingContinuously enhance analytics practice – explore new tools, datasets, and methodologies to strengthen product insights and improve decision-making efficiencyWhat we expect from you:At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or Data ScientistStrong proficiency Python and SQL skillsSolid knowledge and practical experience in ML (including neural networks, GenAI, LLMs)Understanding of Marketing data structures, experince with Google Analytics, Google Ads is a big plusExperience with Redshift and AWS Airflow is a plusFamiliarity with BI systems (Amazon QuickSight is a plus)Experience with SaaS products and understanding of key business metrics such as LTV, conversion rate, churn rate etcStrong foundation in applied statistics (experience with A/B tests is a big plus)Proven track record of delivering results and taking projects from concept to completionDeep understanding of SaaS business models and data-driven growth strategiesIf you’re looking for a dynamic environment that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous growth, you’re in the right place.
