Our Headquarters and Technology Centers are located in the US and Europe, and our workforce is more than 7,000 strong.About the RoleWe are seeking a Scientist to join our dynamic Research and Development team at the Transplant Technology Center in Budapest. The Scientist functions as a member of the Research and Development unit is responsible to support or lead research and development activities for assigned projects. The responsibilities include but are not limited to the development and critical evaluation of experimental designs and the preparation of technical documentation. This role requires close partnership with colleagues from other technical domains as well as experts related to Quality and Product Management to translate laboratory processes from feasibility to validated assay products.ResponsibilitiesDesigning, planning, and reporting development tasks upon assignmentSummarizing data and analysing results, formulating conclusionsPartnering in experimental execution where needed.Maintaining product documentationUnderstanding and consistently following documented proceduresDriving preparation of research material for reports or publicationKeeping track of latest scientific achievements in relevant areasWorking compliant to the Quality Management System (e.g., ISO 13485)Performing other duties as assigned QualificationsStrong background in molecular biology - MSc, PhD is preferredExperience in laboratory environmentExperience in evaluation new methods and technologiesExperience with the establishment and implementation of new protocolsAssessment of the data / ability to interpret analysis resultsAbility to provide complex instructions to technical personnelAbility to present results and new conceptsStrong conceptual and presentation skillsStrong verbal and written English communication skillsSound proficiency MS OfficeTeam player, but can work individually Required SkillsExperience in the field of molecular biology, genetics, immunologyExperience in Quality Management Systems (e.g. ISO 13485) Pay range and compensation packagePerformance-related annual bonusCafeteria with optional elements (Gross 45.000 HUF per month)LaptopFree coffee and beveragesFree parkingPleasant office and family atmosphereChallenging and innovative workWe care for your work-life balanceCompany eventsSounds just like you?
