This is a bench-based role where your science will directly influence the development and success of their lead candidate.🧬 What you’ll be doing:Leading mode-of-action studies using human samples from both healthy donors and patientsDesigning, executing, and analyzing your own experiments – and proposing next stepsWorking with key immune cell types: macrophages, fibroblasts, T cells, B cells, osteoclastsApplying cutting-edge techniques: qPCR, RNAseq, proteomics, mammalian cell cultureTroubleshooting and optimizing methods to drive innovationMentoring junior scientists and contributing to collaborative research strategyPresenting your findings in internal meetings, reports, posters, and scientific forums🧠 What we’re looking for:PhD in Immunology, Cell Biology, or a related fieldHands-on experience in in vitro immunology, especially with primary cells and patient samplesExperience in biotech/pharma or a highly translational academic setting (industry postdoc welcome!)Strong technical and analytical skills – confident working independently at the benchFluent in English, with clear scientific communication skills🌟 Why apply?You’ll be working in a fast-paced biotech environment where science is at the core of everything.
