SCM Executive

To support in managing the activities of the supply chain operations with best purchasing practice and maximizing benefits to the company.Key Responsibilities·      Monitoring inventory level and forecasting future requirements for local/oversea purchase products·      Working hand in hand with operation team to enhance accuracy in order forecasting.·      Placing regular weekly/monthly orders with suppliers.·      Assisting in inventory planning, annual forecasting and shipment scheduling·      Assisting in sourcing and price negotiation for new or alternative items for local/oversea purchase products·      Maintain good relationships with suppliers and internal teams.·      Monitoring the stock availability at warehouse and arranging deliveries to stores.·      Compile regional shops order from different warehouses and arrange accordingly to fully utilize the truck efficiently.·      Tracking deliveries and handling complaints from stores about product quality and defects.·      Weekly and monthly database closing, including stock updates and price updates and send to Finance in timely manner.  We are looking for: Job Requirements Bachelors’ degree holder.
