Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Scrub Nurse, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Scrub Nurse will assist surgeons in the operating room, ensuring a sterile environment and preparing necessary instruments and equipment. Responsibilities include supporting orthopedic and general surgical procedures, maintaining patient safety, and collaborating with surgical teams to provide optimal care throughout procedures. Qualifications Proficiency in Nursing and Medicine, with a thorough understanding of patient care and medical protocolsExperience or strong knowledge in Orthopedic Surgery and SurgeryPrior experience working in an Operating Room, including maintaining a sterile fieldExcellent organizational and communication skills for effective teamwork and collaborationCertification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent qualificationKnowledgeable about infection control practices and safety standards in surgical settings
