Scrum Master - Logistics Service Warehousing

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile or SAFe environments. Coach and empower Agile teams to remain focused and aligned, even amidst changing priorities and business demands. Facilitate Scrum events and establish a sustainable rhythm that promotes delivery excellence and adaptability. Collaborate across roles and domains to ensure alignment between cross-functional teams and business units. Drive Agile maturity by encouraging continuous improvement, innovation, and adherence to Agile/SAFe principles. Support cross-team coordination and manage dependencies between data platforms and sector-specific analytics initiatives. Foster an inclusive and psychologically safe culture, ensuring diverse perspectives are heard and valued. Encourage transparency, accountability, and self-organization within teams. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Prior experience working within IT organizations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proven ability to build, coach, and guide Agile teams from the ground up. Strong facilitation skills for Agile ceremonies, with expertise in conflict resolution and team dynamics. Experienced in stakeholder management and cross-team coordination. Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, Scrum, and SAFe practices. Decisive and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements. Demonstrates ownership and accountability, with the confidence to challenge the status quo when needed. Organized, structured, and able to maintain control under pressure. Empathetic and collaborative, fostering trust and psychological safety within teams. Creative problem solver, capable of guiding teams through organizational or process change.
