Job Title: Tribe Scrum Master – Information Technology (IT)Location: 1000 Bruxelles, BelgiumDuration: 12 monthsRemote Work: 2/5 homeworkingLanguages: Dutch, French, English (active proficiency)Experience Level: Senior (10+ years)Key Responsibilities:• Serve as Delivery Owner for features where the cluster leads delivery.• Coach squads on Agile delivery practices and help them self-organize.• Promote collaboration between clusters within the Risk & Credits tribe, ensuring alignment with other Cluster Scrum Masters.• Drive continuous improvement and facilitate a high-performing Agile culture.• Identify and resolve inter-squad and inter-tribe dependencies.• Maintain a helicopter view to manage priorities and ensure smooth delivery flow.Education & Certifications:• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.• Agile/Scrum certification preferred (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, SAFe).Experience Requirements:• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.• Proven record delivering projects in a scaled Agile context.• Experience working within distributed development environments (preferred).• Strong background in the banking sector (mandatory).• Experience in credits and/or channel-related domains (preferred).Soft Skills:• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.• Skilled in navigating and resolving complex conflicts of interest.• Strong ability to maintain an overarching view and anticipate dependencies.• Influential and respected Agile ambassador with the ability to inspire teams and promote delivery excellence across the organization.
