Job responsibilities:Responsible for building and developing high-performing self-organized teams that enable organizational effectiveness.Guiding and coaching up to 3 Agile teams on how to adopt and use Agile and Scrum values and principles and to incorporate them into optimal Ways of working and practicesProtect the Agile teams from outside influences and support removal of impediments with respect to achieving the goals and outcomes setBuilding a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on empathy and problem solvingAssisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information across the organizationSupporting and coaching the Product Owners, especially with respect to effective Product Backlog management, goals definition and maximizing value deliveryFacilitating Scrum ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives)Support the preparation, organization and facilitation of Scaled Agile events (PI Plannings, Super Demo and other Quarterly bank-wide events)Actively contributes to the Agile Transformation in the Bank by elaborating processes, Ways of working (incl. Agile at scale), common practices, playbooks, templates etc.Perform other duties as assignedConform with all company policies and proceduresQualifications:KnowledgeShould exhibit strong knowledge and experience of Agile frameworks (especially Scrum and Kanban)Advanced knowledge and practical experience with any Scaled Agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe®, LeSS…) will be considered as a strong advantageDemonstrated evidence of a servant leadership and continuous learning mindsetProficient in the use of Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence.
