We are seeking skilled professionals to help shape the next generation of secure, sovereign technology solutions across Defence.These positions sit within a multi-year initiative transforming how Defence delivers digital capability - blending cloud engineering, user-centred design, agile delivery, and secure collaboration platforms to enable better decision-making and safer, faster operations.Scrum MasterAs Scrum Master, you’ll guide multi-disciplinary teams working in high-assurance environments, driving agile delivery and coordination across complex programmes.ResponsibilitiesLead sprint ceremonies including planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups.Act as the focal point between engineering, design, and stakeholder groups.Promote continuous improvement and agile maturity.Identify and resolve delivery blockers swiftly.Communicate delivery progress clearly to senior stakeholders.Experience RequiredDemonstrable experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead on large-scale technology or Defence programmes.Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, DevSecOps, and cross-functional delivery.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Active SC clearance (DV advantageous).You’ll be central to ensuring the rhythm, quality, and transparency of delivery in a mission-critical environment.Collaboration Tooling Engineer (Jira / Confluence / Atlassian Suite)You’ll maintain and secure the collaboration platforms underpinning planning and delivery across multiple secure domains.
