Scrum Master

We are a social wellness app (B2B2C) and we’re looking for a Scrum Master who will also play a key role in supporting product discovery, prioritization, and delivery planning.What You’ll DoFacilitate all Scrum ceremonies and keep the team aligned and focused.Work closely with stakeholders to refine product needs into clear, structured backlog items.Support prioritization and backlog organization to ensure the team always has clarity.Help translate business goals into sprint plans and measurable outcomes.Bring structure to requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Ensure communication flow between tech, design, and business teams.Identify risks, dependencies, and improvements in both product and process.Monitor sprint metrics, delivery timelines, and support decision-making.Contribute to shaping product roadmap discussions by providing delivery insights.What You BringStrong understanding of Agile product development and backlog management.Ability to break down big ideas into small, actionable pieces.Great communication skills and the ability to keep everyone aligned.Proactiveness, ownership mindset, and high attention to detail.Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.Nice to HaveBackground in Product Owner duties, product strategy, or product management.Experience in B2C digital products, wellness, marketplace or app-based products.Familiarity with AI-driven features and digital product ecosystems.What We OfferRemote work, flexible hours, and high autonomy.A role where you can grow into more strategic ownership if desired.Collaborative, transparent work culture.If this role sounds like a good fit, apply directly via LinkedIn or send your CV to anna@greatspire.io.
