Scrum Master, hybrid in West Flanders

For one of our clients we are looking for a Scrum Master for the team focused on DevOps, infrastructure, and security. The team is located in Belgium and abroadGeneral conditions:Role: Scrum master for DevOps and Security teamsStart date: ASAPLocation: West Flanders, 3 days per week onsite, 2 days working from home (it is a hard requirement)Duration: 6 months+Contract: B2B via MindWhat you will do:Coach the team in becoming self-organizedTraining other Scrum MastersRemove impediments to progressFacilitate meetings ensuring the team is productive and focused on the right prioritiesMake sure the procedures are followed.Help setting priorities with the product ownerMain skills:3 years of experience as a scrum master or in a leading role in a Kanban teamKnowledge of DevOps and product/cyber security is a big plusExperience in coaching teamsSome knowledge of PythonHands-on mentalityBe comfortable giving advice and leading the teamBe independent, especially in interactions with IT and stakeholdersWho we are:MIND is an open source embedded consultancy based in Leuven.
