As we scale, we’re looking for a Scrum Master to drive agile practices across our technology teams.Role OverviewThe Scrum Master will play a pivotal role in ensuring agile principles are applied effectively, enabling teams to deliver high-quality products and solutions. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and help foster a culture of continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Act as a servant leader and coach for multiple cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to agile practices.Collaborate with the CTO and Product Owners to align priorities with business goals.Track, monitor, and report on sprint progress, team performance, and delivery timelines.Identify and remove blockers that hinder team productivity and delivery.Support the CTO in scaling agile frameworks and practices across the organization.Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.Mentor and coach team members on agile values and principles.Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).3+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in technology-driven organizations.Strong knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).Hands-on experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent) is a strong plus.What We OfferOpportunity to work closely with the CTO and leadership team on cutting-edge AI solutions.A dynamic and innovative startup culture.Growth opportunities in a rapidly scaling company.Competitive compensation and benefits.
