You thrive in environments where psychological safety, continuous learning, and deep collaboration are essential, and you are excited to support teams within an Access Management environment.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO * Support and develop Scrum teams by strengthening mindset, collaboration, and autonomy * Facilitate Agile processes while coaching teams, Product Owners, and leaders * Implement and maintain a healthy Agile heartbeat across squads in the Access Management team * Encourage experimentation and continuous improvement in delivery and ways of working * Promote alignment, transparency, and constructive communication across the organisationAN IDEAL PROFILE WOULD BE * Experience working in Agile or scaled Agile environments, including transformation settings * Strong coaching skills and passion for leadership development and systemic thinking * Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus * Reflective, curious, and comfortable addressing difficult topics constructively * Able to foster high-performing, self-managing teams and mature Agile practicesTick all the boxes?
