A skilled translator of Agile ways of working to teams and the company, capable of demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness and creating clarity on team health, progress, risks etc.Your upcoming mission:Responsible for up to two teams and empower them to become self-organized, performant teams. Helping the teams to improve their ways of working, to be efficient, effective, and to work at a sustainable paceSupporting the teams and the company to increase collaboration, predictability, and visibility. Enabling the teams to make quick and balanced decisionsOrganizing and facilitating productive and effective meetings, agile ceremonies, and workshopsGuiding the team in identifying and handling risksLiving a learning and open feedback culture. You mentor development team members on Agile, Lean, Kanban, SAFe, and Scrum principles and best practices. and technical and personal growthYou will be able to work with:Daring and passionate people building important products. We encourage technical evangelists, so if you are interested in any thought leadership contributions (blogs, conferences) within the realm of the organization, we are happy to support youYou will learn about the wide range of technologies we employ, from native mobile development to infrastructure-as-code in our cloud environment, gaining a rich understanding of the specific requirements of medical software, be it security, medical risk management, safe and resilient programming, or certifications and audits.Essential skills for your mission:Attained at least 5 years full-time experience as an Agile Coach/Scrum MasterAttained at least 7 years of experience within product developmentExperience with various methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFeSAFe 6.0 CertificationInterpersonal, problem-solving skills, compelling storytelling, presentation skills, and influencing abilitiesThe ability to recognize and aid the resolution of team and cross-team conflicts and impedimentsTechnical background: experience in working in software development and/or a technical degreeBonus Skills:Track record of continued and recent education in Scrum – including training and participation in conferences, user groups, podcasts, etcExperience on a Team of Teams levelExperience in guiding and mentoring other Agile Coaches/Scrum Masters by sharing your expertise and helping them to growKnowledge of DevOps principles and best practicesExperience in the pharmaceutical/ healthcare/ medical device industry and/or highly regulated environmentsIn Austria, mySugr has a legal obligation to disclose the minimum salary according to our collective agreement, which is gross EUR 3.843 - per month for this position.
