In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating and guiding cross-functional teams through the Scrum framework, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectivesCoach and mentor team members on Scrum principles and agile practicesIdentify and remove impediments to ensure smooth project progressFoster a collaborative and productive team environmentPromote continuous improvement and process optimizationEnsure transparency and visibility throughout the project lifecycleFacilitate communication and alignment between stakeholdersAssist in defining and refining user stories and acceptance criteriaQualificationsProven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile project management roleStrong understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and ceremoniesExcellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to foster a collaborative and productive team environmentProficiency in agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Kanban boards)Scrum Master certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) is preferredExperience in software development or IT projects is desirableKnowledge of agile methodologies beyond Scrum (e.g., Kanban, Lean) is a plusFamiliarity with project management tools and techniques is advantageousAdditional InformationWhy join us: NCS Australia is where you can feel at home, nurturing your talents and skills as we make tomorrow together, one day at a time.
