Read on to learn more.Your challengeAs a Scrum Master, you dedicate yourself to one of our industry-specific solutions. As a Scrum Master you coach the team towards self-steering, fostering continuous improvement following Scrum best practices. You also contribute to the implementation of the team’s backlog to enrich the functionality of the OMP Industry Solution in a robust, innovative, and scalable way.You Are Responsible ForOrganizing and facilitating the team’s Scrum ceremonies, ensuring the ceremonies are conducted effectively and the team follows Scrum practices.Removing blockers for the team by following up on KPIs, leading effective retrospectives, and tracking feedback.Coaching the team to adopt Scrum best practices, helping them to improve their self-organization, collaboration, and performance.Collaborating closely with the Product Owner, ensuring the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and understood by the team.Translating functional requirements into technical industry-specific solution designs and algorithms.Writing code that lives up to our high-quality standards, compliant with the most recent standards in the technology.Collaborating closely with software and quality assurance test engineers, analysts, consultants, and technical writers.Maintaining and supporting developments according to user feedback.Growing your expertise and command in your favorite technology.Your teamAs our new Scrum Master, you’ll be part of the Industry team which, in turn, fits into the bigger picture of the Customer Solutions organization.About YouEssential talents and qualifications:A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ICT, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar, or equivalent by experience.3 - 5 years of programming experience within an Agile software development environment, with at least 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master.An agile mindset and deep understanding of Scrum.Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or other Scrum project management tool.Technical skills combined with a passion about writing high-quality software.The eagerness to learn and stay on the edge of technology.A passion for working in a multinational, customer-driven environment.A customer-centric attitude.Bonus Points If You HaveCompleted a Scrum Master globally recognized training or have a relevant certificate.Experience in using software development best practices (e.g., design patterns, UML, Git, or automated testing).Supply chain planning knowledge.Your futureWe find the perfect intersection of your talents and our evolving needs.
