Scrum Master

Summary:Remote Crew is seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices for high-quality digital platform development. You will support cross-functional teams, collaborate with Product Owners, and ensure project progress using key tools like Jira, Confluence, and eazyBI. It's also expected this person to have a bit of experience as a Delivery Manager, or at least is someone used to take care of project delivery directly with stakeholders.Responsibilities:• Lead Scrum ceremonies and events.• Facilitate backlog management with Product Owners.• Experience as a Delivery Manager.• Remove team impediments and coach for high performance.• Track progress with Jira, Confluence, and eazyBI.• Provide project updates and manage Agile metrics.Requirements:• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.• 5+ years as a Scrum Master.• Scrum Master certification.• Expertise with Jira, Confluence, eazyBI.• Excellent communication skills.
