You will play a key role in enabling agile delivery, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, and ensuring teams are empowered to deliver high-quality solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong facilitation and coaching skills to shape how we work as we expand our Dublin hub.Main ResponsibilitiesServe as Scrum Master for one or more cross-functional teams, ensuring effective adoption of Agile principles and practices.Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).Remove impediments and shield teams from external blockers to maintain delivery momentum.Partner with Product Owners to maintain a clear and prioritised product backlog.Coach and mentor teams on agile practices, fostering self-organisation and accountability.Track and communicate key delivery metrics to stakeholders, driving transparency.Promote continuous improvement in processes, tools, and team culture.Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and leadership to improve agile practices across the organisation.Knowledge, Skills, and Experience3+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.Experience supporting distributed or international teams.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.Background in software engineering or healthcare technology a plus.Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II) preferred.
